Hello guys, I was just wondering if it would be good, bad or it doesn't matter if I break-in an engine using its intended tuned pipe? Or should I break it in just open bore or with just the header......

Sorry for not being specific. The hinges are Tamjets offset flap hinges like the ones in the pics. I am building a YA Starfire EDF.
