Sounds like your engine is gummed up....Don't try to force it to turn over....do this.....remove the glow plug and fill the cylinder up with kerosene....let it sit for an hour, then try to turn it...

Crankshaft Removal

If you have first removed all the other components (cylinder, piston, connecting rod, as well as the flywheel, cone and washer) you should be able to remove it quite easily....you may need to heat it...
