Inverted engine problems

I have an O.S. .61 fx mounted inverted and about 5 min into the flight or in full-power vertical climbs, the engine will die. I have a good size hole cut in the cowling, and I am useing #8 plugs....

the CA hinges are thin peices of a plastic with some cloth on them. What campy said is probably the best way to replace the hinges

I thought it was hard to transport 3 60 size models in my truck, how does he carry a 100 foot long kite, and 1000's of meters of rope, and a winch?

From the way I read it, he didnt crash, the antena slid through the hole in the Fuse. that it was supposed to come out of. Try to feed it back out the hole.

Any good spitfires?

I am looking for a spitfire that is about a .25 size-under a .60 size. I dont care if it is a kit or an ARF. I looked around but I couldnt find any. Thank you for the help.

Yea, the NJ weather is something else... In the 60's one week (I got one flight in, the only one of the year so far) and the next it is in 40's. Yesterday was warm, today...

Your iron will work fine, the only advantage to a heat gun is that the heat will contor to your surface perfictly, making the job faster.

Loctite is a very good idea, I almost lost my 4* .6 because 2 of the 3 landing gear screws came out in flight, I did a nice touch, then the gear turned before I could do the go....
