Sr, thanks for the offer. I was just looking for things that might be amiss. Just cant get this engine fired up. I've cleaned out the carb, adjusted the valves, checked all the fuel lines and clunk....

BLW, I have neither the O-ring nor the metal ring gasket. Does the Oring go into the head first and then the metal ring,then the intake manifold? I bought the engine used and I could not get any...

Hobbsy, there is a nipple for the fuel line, I meant the little bump on the end of the spray bar where you said the O-ring went. Mine is flat. Tom

SR, that spray bar tube looks nothing like mine. Mine is flat across the top with no nipple on it. There is no place for the O_ring to seat. I can't imagine that it would slide over the needle and...

Where is the O- ring on the HSN? Is it in the tube the HSN screws into or is it in the cap of the needle valve? This is on a 150s. Tom

42etus, the cam cover was never off, the pushrods are ok with a gap of .002, and the compression is fine. there is no pop when trying to start yet there is plenty of glow on the plug, which is new....
