Nib files for removing ca glue spots

The nib file is "supposed" to remove hard spots without eating into wood. It is used by painters and several r/c builders have reported success elsewhere. I'll give it a try and post the review here....

Was recommended to try these nib files from Steck Manufacturing to remove hard glue spots on wood. Northentool.com sells them for about $15. Comes in fine and course grits. Has anyone tried them ?
