add split flaps to a wing

I want to add split flaps to a tapered wing. Is there any advantage to either Wing A or Wing B shape in the following picture?:
(assume the same area)

Speaking of borrowing, may I suggest the TopFlite Arrow at 81" wingspan. With N9252x on the side, white paint and fixed gear it would be very close to the Warrior.

ACMT XP-67 BAT Product #: 16781 for $600.
I guess with twin .90 engines this would be a pretty big model!
