Lights in Wings?

Hi Guys.

Has anyone put lights in the wings? It looks like the end of the wing is solid for a couple of inches so not sure how to mount lights and run cables back to root?

Cheers from New...

Thanks Terry,

So does the 'T-pin' stay crimped in there, or is it just used for the initial spacing?
Cheers from New Zealand!

RE: TITAN/P160-fuel flows???

I've had a JetCat P120, and now a Jetcat P160 in my BoomerangXL.

I used a 3litre tank with the 120 and I got 10 minutes safely taxi to taxi, with a 'safe' reserve.

I've now gone to a 4litre...

Smartech 1/5 MT steering servo horn

Guys,

Any idea where to get a servo horn for the Smartech OEM steering servo?

It is a strange size - about 8.5mm diameter at the centre, and 17 tooth spline.

I have tried Futaba,...

RE: JR Announces 2.4Ghz 12 channel & 9 channel radio. X9303 and 12X

OK all you conspiracy theorists - I've just noticed on the Horizon site that all Futaba Spektrum modules are now not available until "Late June", bu the JR with 9ch is "late April".

That's one...

RE: Spektrum announces 2.4Ghz modules for JR and Futaba!!

Hi Harley,

I agree - the modules should logically fit the 10 series as well. The details are still very sketchy - as there is no mention of any new receivers, and at the moment their highest...

RE: Nomadio FULL Range 2.4Ghz aircraft radio

You are getting a great range of input from different disciplines.
As I fly helis, park-fliers and Jets, my wish list is similar to all that has been mentioned previously.

However for heli -...

Pump voltage on a P160?

Hi,

I've got the kerostart option, and a 3300 NIMH battery, and am getting about 5 flights before the battery warning shows.

My P160 max pump voltage is 4.4V after a flight. This seems...

RE: just seen: Boomerang XL ARF!!

Thankyou Gudmund.

Is heat an issue? I've been testing with 50watt bulbs (hey they were cheap!) and I think they get dangerously hot.
How have you wired them all up ie. in parallel or series,...

I phoned Peter Agnew at Intairco Monday morning, explained the situation, and on Tuesday morning there was a loan...

RE: Boomerang XL, jetcat smoke pump issue

Sounds like you may have a program mix accidentally set which activates (or deactivates) when you turn the smoke on.
Suggest you check the 'monitor' type screen of you radio to see what's happening...

RE: Baby Boomerang wing/Fuse Seperation...In flight.

I regularly abuse my BabyB and also the Big XL with outside loops & violent snaprolls!
However, I read the instructions and removed the covering, roughened up the surfaces a bit, and used epoxy.
