RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

I had a rough...

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

Just heat the very...

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

Luc, the problem was you were towing the Cub, should have been the other way around. Put the Cub in front, and use the prop to pull the canoe. Glad to hear it survived the dunking.:D

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

And then to have the...

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

Luc, nice job on her. Question though. Don't you think that's a little hard on the motor shaft and mount hanging that way? I suspend mine off the wings, as they were designed to hold her weight. ;)

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

The servos may be a little on the light side for the Cub. I run Hitec 81's in mine, 36 oz of power. As for the battery, 40 amps is it's max out put, the most it can put out with out damage to the...

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

Paul, the B25 is a H/L, the 2 bigger P38's are NitroPlanes versions.
Love the 38's, little dissapointed with the B25. I splurged and bought the full bore kit. Umm, it will not hold up to grass...

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

RE: E-flite J-3 Cub 25 ARF

Paul they are lite weight rubber versions. Hardly weigh much more then the stock versions, plus not being foam, should hold up a lot longer. Who needs floats when you have donuts.:)
