I'm guessing that the 800mah long packs would fit, but you would have to be careful to keep the weight down, light servos etc. Mine has a kokam 20c 350, and I easily get 10 min out of the stock...

You can use a 2s lipo on the stock motor. We will be pylon racing them at our indoor fly-in (for more info on this fly-in, go to www.e-xpodome.com). My setup on my mustang is stock motor, bluebird...
