If it's idling fine, leave the idle screw alone, yes.

You want to screw in or unscrew the low speed needle until it is flush with the housing that it sits in, the top of the screw head being...

The Nitro 4tec did win the nats and showed up at the Worlds, guys. In stock form it's not good for much other than straight lines, but it can be a competitive car still at the club level.
