XTM is indeed Global Hobby's "house brand", just like Sportwerks is Horizon's house brand and Duratrax is Great Planes' house brand.

ugh, i hate those things.

get one of these:) http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=DYN2519 holds the crankshaft itself still instead of putting load on the piston/connecting...

that's probably the OS 18TM. the TM is over $200 almost anywhere, the TZ is just a hair under $200, and the CV-R i've never seen for more than $130

Actually lexan is just a brand-name of GE for their polycarbonate. not ALL polycarbonate is lexan;)

I don't think i've ever run any of my .12CVRs or my XTM .247 under 280 once....and I typically get 4+ gallons from a CVR and 9+ from a .247 pro piston/sleeve

man, blowin up engines is FUN! you oughta try it sometime.

260 is NOT too hot...if you run it below 220 you risk damage to the piston/sleeve because it doesn't expand properly.
