Don't forget cutting on the diagonal. You won't make a 48" cut on a 24" table but it has got me out of a jam a couple of times. I can cut over 16" on my 12" square table and Eric could cut over 26"...

Duhhh, OK....silly me, I was visualizing a 1/4" shank tool that was necked down to a 1/8" cutter which was over 3/4" long. So, your bit is 1/8" diameter, held in a 1/8" collet....that makes more...

That must be one heckuva LONG 1/8" bit! I've never seen one that will cut 3/4". The part is really beautiful....the lack of ridges and lines shows how accurate and tight your machine is. Kudos to...

How many passes did you make to cut it out and what was the total time...

You also should either measure your bit or make a test cut to measure what your true bit size/kerf is. I was having trouble getting that "squeeky" parts fit til I measured and found that my 1/16"...
