Yes, their 28" planes are very nice. I've had a 28" Yak and they fly great. I flew mine with TP 730 2S Prolites. The batteries you linked to would probably do just fine.

One other thing that I might mention is that if you already have the setup that would work on a Flatout, then you might want to check out DW Foamies (dwfoamies.com). Their 38" kits are 6 mm depron....

I don't totally agree with Jumper. If you are able to pick up one of the Flatouts for a very cheap price, then go ahead with it. I haven't had most of the planes you mention, but I have had the...
