RE: Scott from Brillelli ?????

Hey guys. I am sorry about the phone situation. I am still answering it. I talk to 15-20 people a day. But I was still getting 20-30 voice mails on top of that. It was taking all my time trying to...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

The 26 does not like to be rich. I would slowley try and lean the low a little and see if it gets better. I know on the test stand, if the low is rich at all, they start hard.

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

Frank, I would haqve to say 3 weeks for sure right now. I was way behind, but should be catching up soon here. Parts went backorder on the 26 for a few weeks. The pistons and cylinders were out of...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

The 26 uses an 8mm bolt to hold the prop on. Most props in the 18" on down range are drilled to 8mm so no adaptor should be needed. I test them with both Mejzlik and Vess, and both are drilled to 8mm...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

Hi Bill,

I am sorry for not repnding. The last few months have been pretty bad for me. Between my health problems, A death in the family, and parts going backorder, nothing has went right....

RE: Brillelli 46 issue

Azhar,
It does sound like it could be a little rich on the low. The best way to do the low is keep leaning it until it won't transition. Then richen it enough to get transition back. Do all...

RE: Help pulling Brillelli 26 apart

Randy. You will need to heat the hub up some. Just use a propane torch. What I do is bolt an old prop to the hub, put some starter rope in the sparkplug hole to prevent the engine from turning over,...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

It would be about 4-5 oz heavier. That is the problem with a rear dump. It takes a lot more alluminum to make it. I am not sure what a Bisson muffler would weigh, but it would be close to the same as...

RE: Brillelli 366GT *60cc*

Joe,

I am so happy you have it worked out. Now your shoulder will have some time to recover )

I personally run a 22x8 all the time on my EF Yak, but others like a Vess 23A or a PT 23x8. You...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

If you can snd me a pic of the engine installed, I can come up with somthing I am sure. It will be a little heavier, but it sounds like that will not be a problem. It will be quieter as well. There...

RE: Brillelli 366GT *60cc*

Joe,

If you can, look at the fuel line after it sits for a few minuts after landing. See if there are any air bubbles in it. Not sure if you can see it with the cowel on. I am just curious if it...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

Any muffler that fits a G26 will fit my engine. I can also make a muffler for it that is quieter. I made 3 different mufflers for it origionally and the one I chose was in the middle of noise and...

RE: Brillelli 366GT *60cc*

The 46 and 60 both have a glued on intake. It is JB weld. The bond is so strong that in a few cases were an engine was crashed and the intake was knocked off, it took part of the cylinder with it....

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

You will need to lean the low some maybe to get the idle lower. It should do in the 2500 range right away. After some fuel is through it, the idle will drop down. They are tight at first and need...

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

We make the arms to fit a standard Walbro shaft. The shaft on that one is smaller. It will still work, but fits loose until the set screw is tightened.

RE: *Brillelli 26-SSR*

Didn't I send a throttle arm with? A CNC'd alluminum one? It hoohs to the other sode of the carb. Or a steering arm on that side will work. Some people rotate the carb 180deg to move it to the top...

RE: Brillelli 366GT *60cc*

Joe,

What I did on my Yak for the throttle is use a 4-40 steel rod and bend it to get around themount. That way I ket the longer length for better resolution. I know they say do not use steel...
