Highplains - I can't remember - are you using the rotary "carb" shutoff, or the venturi?

I have used the plywood plate on the right side of the fuse just behind the firewall, and I have also used the Jett exhaust bolt mount needle valve. The exhaust bolt mount is easy, but...
