I think this is great. I've been waiting years to see this in our model engines. As for batteries, I don't think it matters what kind of battery you use as long as there is sufficient voltage.

Well the price is right, but it's a little big for me. This is for a 1/5 Scale Goldberg Cub.

Just be careful which Mac you purchase. If you get the "Pro" you will be in good shape. Some of the lower end machines have on-board "shared memory" video cards that do not perform well for 3D...

I understand the Radio technology is old, but I'm talking about the programming capabilities of the Radio. The underlying technology used in the 9Z is well over a decade old.

When it comes to electrics or Gas engines with ignitions, the SS stuff has some advantages blocking interference. I have a DX6 and a DX7. They work great, and with the JR programming, they are easy...
