well is there anything i can put over the plaster that wont be very thick? ive seen some guys mention a primer paint on here. Any high gloss paint work?

Also im kinda a newbie to composites.....

ok ive done more researching and found useful information.. ill be using a splitter plate when i make the 2 mold halfs of the plug. this is a practice piece of the urathane material i was referrring...

ok im gonna try and address each part of this, i think i can do it lol

the 40 hardness is about the same as an eraser yes and the rubber mold and the glass backing will be able to seperate......
