Why not go with the ZDZ-160 at 6.5 pounds, then you don't have to worry about lack of power at 33-34 pounds AUW. MY 3W-106 hauls my 28 pound airplane around pretty good, but I think 33 pounds is too...

I'm thinking you could also loose 1.25-1.5 pounds by going with the ZDZ-160. RC showcase shows a weight of 6.5 pounds for this engine.
