thats exactly where i would want to be, i will be at 2400' or so, but kinda seems like the 36 should still be enough, i am waiting for some of you guys to fly with the 36 and give reports, i already...

i am not looking for faomy power, thats fun, but not what i am after, on the other hand, i dont want to be at 3/4 throttle or above to hold a hover..

i'd want the best power down lower anyway, hovering and tqrolling rpms, somewhere from 1/4-5/8 throttle ideally i would think, if it would have good transition and pull out from there, i dont care...

thats good to know, i would be afraid of over revving, but i guess it can go higher and be okay, like you said, for this plane i am sure it would still be plenty, i think that would be better so you...

i will be about 15-20 minutes from that site that hosts it, probably will be a member actually, tempe and the entire phoenix area gets crazy hot in the summer, tucson stays a tad cooler, i am in...

my current city lists at 4850', but i can drive 5 miles down the raod and see the little green sign that says 5100', we are moving to tucson in a few weeks, they are listed at 2350' i think, again...

i do use expo on the throttle, that helps with the stick movement, but i mean in terms of rpms, too low just doesnt seem to work as well imo, i already have the smallest prop they recomend on my 80,...

yeh i originally liked the idea of the 46, but the 36 kinda makes alot of sense, and honestly, i'd rather be hovering around 5/8 throttle or so with the 36 than 1/4 or so with a 46, i think you can...

i'd like to see the difference in performance between the b35 and b46, according to the chart on rc showcase(which is pretty good for the 50&80 i think), they say under 13lbs a 35cc is good enough...

i think i talked a buddy into this plane, he was looking at the wh 73" edge, i told him about this one, he remembers my 68", and sees my 300e now, we may have a new ef fan:)

i was concerned about getting too high of a wing loading, then maybe seeing some snaps where you dont want them, or more wing rock in harriers, those are the 2 areas i see problems 1st when they get...

no one answered me about the wieght thing a while back, i am just curious if any one had one closer to 13lbs and how it flew, i know bigger planes can handle a tad more wieght, but i am wondering...

that would be good in the ucd, a buddy here had a old 3w? i think 35cc in his, he had to hack all kinda stuff to make it work, flew okay but i dont know how much more it was from a os160 for example,...

i am a fan of zdz, love my 80, but the cost is high, compared to the new copper avt and brillely anyway, my 1st thought was a zdz40 for this plane though

i like to fly low, and i found out that usually less breaks if you hit from a few feet as apposed to hundreds, less ground speed, i was torque rolling my comp arf low(i thought i never would do that...
