I have also seen a pinion slide up the motor...

I have also seen a pinion slide up the motor shaft and not contact the drive gear on one of the rotors.

moving the stick left should raise the right elevator on a V-tail plane that causes the tail to move to the right pushing the nose to the left. the manual is correct it just seems...

Thanks for the info, also check the motor screws mine came loose and the washer got caught in the gears stopping the prop, the result was a nose in from 10 ft. up. prop, cowl, spinner and battery...

Hey everyone, pull the cowl and the gearbox and check the motor screws mine came loose after 10 flights and the washer got between the gears and stopped the prop. This plane will not glide very well...

The P51 is fast, maybe twice as fast as my J3 with the Venom motor. I have an ABX that I thought was fast but the Mustang will run circles around it. If you have someone to trim it out and help you...

Well I put the P51 together tonight, auw 29 oz with stock battery. Seems real heavy, but seems to have good power, won't hover out of my hand but good pull. first flight tomorrow if the wind lays.

Removing the jumper is for installing the rx in a V-tail plane. You won't be able to fly a T-tail plane in V-tail mode. It won't hurt anything to remove the jumper to see what it does,...

Check to see if the tailboom has come loose. It may snap back in to position, if it does secure it with a zip tie, The plane will not climb if it is loose. Let us know what you found.

I have flown both planes with the venom mod and without, I vote for the cub because it seems to fly lighter than the decathalon. The decathalon flies more scale and needs more speed even when landing...

ryanf420, thanks for the info, yes I will be upgrading the motor to the Venom. I did that on mo PZ cub and really made a differance. Anyone know how to keep the LG in the fuse after it has been torn...

I fixed my canopy with mole skin, the stuff you put on your bow sight window, it is a cloth and really sticky. I just cut pieces and stuck them inside and out to form a hinge and the rubberband still...
