Dont try to fly it, just get used to the controls for a few weeks with the ocasional hop of around 1 second increasing the hop's a second at a time till you get used to how it behaves...

I would say either the gyro is working in reverse or not at all, what hapens when you swing it to the left and right with TX and RX switched on, you should see the tail rotor blades turn to...

bigger in size or power ? I think the dimentions are the same, power wise, you have got me thinking,

I think the 3900KV IS AN UPGRADE for the belt cp instead of the 3800kv, Sorry to be a bit late with this, only just read the post.
