Well, finally had a chance earlier to put in two flights with the new throttle servo, and everything is functioning properly. I will try to fly some more tomorrow to confirm the problem has gone...

Thank you all for the reply.

I have replaced the throttle servo to make sure that is not the problem, and will try to fly later today to see if the problem goes away.
