My test pilot David McCutchen has one with a ZDZ-80. It's too wild for words.

The plane can be hand launched, just point it at the sky and open the throttle.

The pump diaphragm cover plate already has a fitting on it. That does not sound like the problem.

The modified DA050 Slimline is not quiet at all, don't waste your time on that. You didn't say which Bisson muffler, the side mount can is fairly quiet.

The Sukhoi 26 is probably the most popular world class aerobatic plane because of the combination of performance, ruggedness, and cost. They are everywhere at a full scale competition.

Thank you Chris for the report. The Sukhoi is a very nice airplane but it had a few issues, and of course the price which was prohibitive. The lack of a canister muffler setup was a big problem.
