I spent four years on "The Rock" from '81-'85. I use Google Earth once in awhile just to look up my old squadron hanger.

YES IT WILL. My Dad added a false rib to beef up the beam. He also filled in the original pocket then cut a new one.
Here is mine he assembled for me. It keeps him out of Mom's...
