Can you check on order# 435017??

Ordered 9/25 and still not shipped, per the UPS site.

4 emails to customer service, nothing but form letter response ("We shall do as you request"...

Please see what you can do to get these F-18 nosecones - As you know, they are paper thin, and very prone to damage.

Seems like a good item to have in the replacement parts area!
