I had the exact same thing happen. I called the local office and complained, plus did a follow-up e-mail. Not sure what really happened, but the supervisor said the driver got a warning.

We have a choice of :45 min for one LHS, or 1:30 for a much bigger one. We try to get 2-3 guys together and go in on gas, stop for lunch, etc., make a day of it.  I really prefer an LHS, even when on...
