RE: How to land a trainer with a loooong glide

To land slower you could also try changing props, if your running a 10x6 switch to a 11x5.

RE: How to color glow fuel

I always thought the color of glow fuel was relative to the oil used in the mix, i'm not sure if the oil is dyed a certain color or that's just the way it comes out depending on the type of oil.

RE: TH 75 vibration problems ?

Hey, better check your theory with a wattmeter, the 7AH 12 gel cells like the one i have in my flight box won't hold the voltage when placed under the heavy load of a starter, this is why your lawn...

RE: Trainer pipe

The APC 11x5 will be your best bet, hell if my .46 can pull around a 10lb plane then your .40 should be able to fly a 8.5lb plane around, it's all about getting the best prop on it.

RE: APC prop doesn't fit my XL-15

Yep, for my MAG .15XL i used the APC 8x4 with one of the bushings from one of my APC electric props, for props with smaller holes i use a #9 drill bit to size them to a perfect fit on my mag .15's.

RE: Problem with my magnum 15 2 stroke

I'd sub that 8x6 for a 8x4, the 8x6 is a little too much load for this little screaming engine. I run the MA 8x3 on mine, have also ran an APC 8x4 with good results.

RE: Engine for Sig KOBRA

Sounds like a good candidate for a TT PRO.36, more power than a bushed .40 and it is small and lightweight.

Almost all sprint cars also run methanol, check you local dirt tracks, a couple of my friends run sprint cars and they always have a 55 gal drum in their garage.
