balancing connectors

I believe your right . I have 3 other chargers and they all have white balancing connectors.

how can this charger balance without any balancing connectors

I just got this from a friend in my club RC planes Jets , he says this doesn't need balance plugs so I have a copy of the manual for it can you tell me if its possible and safe to use as compared to...
