I use SpringAir 400 (85°) for the main and 600 for the tail.
I replaced the weak existing mount with a 3"*3" slotted CTP plate, slightly rotated to the front.
Wheels are 4", more appropriate for...

I have got two SpringAir 404 for the main and plan to use a "front" 600 for the tail, probably with a dedicated servo.
The link they have build between the rudder and the tail wheel is too ??? I...

You are right, 4'' is the good size, That's what I plan to use.
The problem will be to fit the retract...

If you center the motor on the hole in the firewall, you are 14mm too high.
I did not use the offset line, the mount is centred; side trust will be given at the motor.
The ring is mounted at 10mm...
