Okay, I took a quick picture of what I did in about 5 minutes with a papertowel with DOT 4 on it.

*Note*: that window was entirely painted before, as was that clear spot on the roof. Bad...

And make it hard, brittle, and it will crack. Also, it may not take all the paint off.

*Edit*: Doesn't do any of the above if you use DOT 4. Just tried it.
