The club should make a campaign contribution to the city councilman whose district the basin is in. Evidently, that is how things get accomplished in government today.

Here is an op-ed piece in which the author advocates that we have licenses to fly our rc aircraft. Hmmm, I would prefer we first start with driver's licenses for all drivers, enforcing no cell phones...
