Well, what has changed?......the weather, it's getting warmer and sometimes what you could get away with then, you cant now & vice versa. The 12X6 and the 13X6, I could see some potential problems...

What prop, what plug, what fuel(oil type/%nitro). Is it cowled in (poor air flow), are you able to observe the fuel line to the carb when it quits and are there bubbles in the line?

Way too much prop, Yeh...I know what the manual says. Try a APC 11X6 or a Master Airscrew 11X7 S-2 series for sport, 12X5 scale. Loose the all synthetic or add some...

I think you have proven that it is your setup.
Is your fuel tank well centered to your carburetor? When inverted, is the carb a lot higher than tank center? A pinhole on the bottom of the clunk...

You may have a fuel foaming problem. This can happen when the fuel level lowers and there is more air available to mix in to the fuel. Try to isolate the tank with REAL foam rubber such as Dubro's...
