I swapped my flybar for the trex bar wich is 220mm. Gives you a more responsive heli thats a little more stable. Same diameter as the AXE which i woul have had to order.

Electron you should try 2 things, first go to the swash menu and try changing the elevator setting to a negative number (-65). This should get your swash working correctly.

I would suggest going to a 5cell setup. 4 cells are great in the EF 49" yak weighing in at 2.5 lbs but for a 5 pound plane A new motor would help a bit.
