I haven't used Alibre for a while but I think there is a tolerance setting for healing. If that does't work zoom in to the error and make the correction.

I'm aware of a few, which one's are you referring to? One set is from Roamin' Research (I think, spelling may be off) but I've never been able to find a set.

That was the ticket.

I needed to explode and then join the polyline. There were various problems as I check all of the ribs that I fixed as well. It's working much better now.

Does the choice of using bezier or splines matter if you're going to be sending your design to a laser cutter? Do they have a preference? I though one type allowed for faster cut times.
