I do not make anything for the Baja but do endorse those that do make good parts and give great customer service I find from personal experience since you are so interested in my life. :D

So you are not going to buy any HPI parts to replace the poor clone parts as HPI does not like the clones and if you check hard enough you will find many HPI employed people talking bad about them....

I guess it depends on what you call required. He says it is recommend to make it durable so to me that means it is required. :eek: No others and I do not think the TR set up is a waste of money. :D

If I understand properly no you will not have to run the Turtle set up but will put a lot more stress on the stock parts that can cause failure and damage to the 2 speed. So I am guessing you buy a 2...

One of the things about the stock Baja set up is the CB holder with the bearings is plastic and flexes badly. Read about many problems with the stock mount and even HPI makes a alloy one but is not...

There are MANY advantages of running a TR clutch set up the bolt is just one of many. :D I sure will not run mine with out it. :D:D:D
