Sorry it conditions latex paint for spraying.

You can find it at Home Depot, Lowes orany place they sell paint.

I have used Behr (Bear) flat latex, but I found that by adding Flowtrol to the paint it allows the paint to flow and lay down really nicely. Also add about 20% water and spray at the lowest pressure...
