RE: The World models Extra 330L 60 Size

Regarding Engine RPM what you said is correct but also note the below:

the 95AX is rated at 2.9ps @15000 rpm while the 120AX is rated 3.1ps/9000 RPM
This tells you that for 3D type planes...

RE: The World models Extra 330L 60 Size

RE: The World models Extra 330L 60 Size

I believe using the 120 with the included OS muffler is not an option, that muffler is very heavy !!! If you are to use the 120 you have to get the Slimline Q Series Muffler O.S. 120AX ...

RE: The World models Extra 330L 60 Size

I owned 2 of these planes which I kept flying for over 2 years, I loved them, both ended up in mid-air collisions :)

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

If you read around, it looks like it is cheaper because it is bigger and heavier, almost the size of the 120 and for the thrust it produces the P70 is much better value so they lowered the price for...

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

It is cheaper probably because it is bigger/heavier thus easier to manufacture. You can fit it on the Baby Boomerang with a few mods to the engine mount. If you had the Boomerang Sprint then you...

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

Definitely go for the P70, a friend of mine had a P60 on a Baby and later replaced it with a P70 because the P60 was marginal with very limited vertical. Now with the P70 it is a pleasure to fly and...

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

Hi Chris,
I dont think it is the bearings, the turbine has only had like 4 or 5 hours of runtime and it looks smooth.
I talked to Gaspar Espiell and this is what he said:

" It is normal that...

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

Shaker, it does exactly the same thing with the hatch open, so while I do agree that a Wren SS does need larger intakes it is not my main problem.

Turbinac, thanks for the parameters, you are...
