RE: How do YOU do it?

I spool up in normal mode and let it sit and warm up a little. I always lift off in 'idle-up' though. My throttle gov takes over at 30% throttle, so there's no point in me flying in normal mode as...

Different people like different things. For me XTR is the one, and all the add-ons are free. Loads of aircraft to choose from (there is a good TRex SE).
Have a look at these two movies, it will...

The canopy fits nice too, which helps keep everything in...

RE: Lets see those Trex pictures!

Hi Rob,

endeavor was spot on with my canopies. There are some that are plastic and the newer XL style canopies are fiberglass. The scoops as he said are from wing servo mounts, trimmed to fit. I...

RE: Sling Load

Hi Helijack,

The weight was around 400g. I was running a heavier battery pack, so for C of G it was in a good position. Yeh, Dumping the load on the ground if it swings is the best thing to do...

RE: Sling Load

I used to do some 'long lining' with my heli for practice. I used to put beer mat's on the ground and try and place the load on each one in turn. It does wonders for your heli control.:D Not done it...

It is expensive to buy, but well worth the...

RE: Walkera #4 Fixed Pitch Helicopter Forum

chench,

I use aluminium for my head stiffener. Works a treat. As long as it is balanced it cures a lot of wobbles. Because it was hard to make the stiffener 100% balanced, I used slightly longer...

RE: Walkera #4 Fixed Pitch Helicopter Forum
