You can run continuosly with no problem ,just make sure the engine isnt overheating.

Well if its running OK with the 18t then its good ,but keep an eye on engine temps.If the engine keeps running hot then you know 18t is too much.As for the control and stability ,look at tweeking the...

If not mistaken Kyosho bell has a slightly smaller ID where the clutch shoes run.Measure the std one and use that as a guide to check.

Id get a 15t and judge from there or just go with a 14t and leave it at that.

Generally the guy would use a 13t or 14t
Id say you could go to a 15t for the .30 on the outside maybe a 16t.
