You don't 'need' a good charger and expensive batteries for your electric RTR. Most are supplied with at least some kind of battery and means of charging it, but your next bit of spare cash would be...

Do you already have a means of charging batteries and a few decent batteries? Cos if not, that stuff will run you over $200 on its own. The chargers supplied with these cars take a while to charge...
