Well, it wasn't a kink. The needles are completely out of whack. I had to open up the high speed needle almost 1.5 turns and the low speed every time I try to bring it to idle it cuts.

Well, I ran up the engine today and at least it wasn't leaking like before...but it was also no longer drawing fuel unless it was choked. So now I think there is a kinked line somewhere.

All Day Dan, you were right about one thing. I haven't tried the engine yet but when I took apart the carb; I found out I was putting the metering diaphragm back on wrong. I wasn't sliding it back...

Now that sounds like something that it could be. I have used compressed air to see if any of the inlets were clogged (That has happened to me before). Now I am going to show my true ignorance here....
