If your servos came with a bag of parts that had various types of servo horns, look in that. My set at least came with a large disc in there.

With the lesser dihedral it's definitely posible to fly inverted. It does definitely take some work to keep the plane inverted, but I've been able to do it for extended periods of time. Turning...

Curves suck. Unless it's real bad I probably wouldn't bother stripping it. Unless you really want the practice. The only real problem would be if it's loose and coming up, if it's stuck down well...

I'd probably try to get a little more of the glue off the sides. I actually hit mine with a random orbit sander, but you have to be carefull doing that, because you can take too much wood off real...
