Meschmidt....I did one better with the wing tubes.....I inserted and epoxied wood dowels into the aluminum tubes....made them very strong 250+ flights and still going strong....great flying plane...

Gonzalo.......I don't know if they have upgraded the gear.....but I can say I had to throw my set away after one season of flying...they just didn't hold up the metal was too soft and they became so...

grs34...the g26..IS MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER..... the g38 is not only too much power but you are going to add way too much weight mine weighs 17 lbs and even that is too heavy for this...

I epoxied the tube in the center section... the tubes on my kit fit perfectly..don't know why everyone is having so much trouble with those tubes..you would think the manufacturer would check them.

Yes they are the ones from the Midwest at-6.... #620's ..and when I purchased mine two years ago it included everything...you will have to check current package....and again don't fret the surgery...

dd56 .....I found that the Robart AT-6 gear worked the best...requires a little surgery to install not a problem..I have over 200 flights on mine and never gave me a problem...and cost I believe...

AlphaWhisky...good luck with the move.....and yes the EuroKit retracts have a great design its just too bad that they are not strong enough to handle the large forward rake to simulate the at-6...
