You've definitely got a point w/o having valves...but the thread originator never said what type of engine he wanted to put it on. I will agree with you that a four stroke is required for a SC'er.

I don't know if that specific SC'er is functional, but trust me when I say that a real working SC'er properly tuned will SLAUGHTER a naturally aspirated (NA) engine. Of course you have to add more...
