I just got back from the maiden flight this evening.
It flies terrific! just needed a couple of clicks of left...

Hi there,
yes I just weighed the model.
It has a Evojet 160VX turbine with a 13.2V 2300Mah 4 cell LIFE battery (12oz) on ECU.
It has a 4 cell 2200Mah LIPO on the landing...

I got my new kit on 7th June and without rushing it, I finished it completely last night!..16days and I have a full time job too!

Hi all,
set my CG at 200mm. Batteries on front of radio tray, no lead needed.
Decided to go with flaperons and elevators. Maidened it last weekend and flew perfect.
Flew for 6mins on...

sorted!:D only got the tiniest bubble in the UAT now after a full flight!
I was waiting for a quiet spot (at West Raynham) to fly my U/Flash but the heavens opened up...

test flew the U/Flash today, you're right I had to use the wing tank to get 8mins flight time.
The model just makes you want to ring it's neck!!
Wierd thing is I had 4mm...

Hi dave,
only had 4mm tap, plus I only intend using the wing tank as a ground run so not really important. extra joint so I can seal the tank and cap the wing when in transport.
