I usually run my closed endbell motors under water for break in. does it in no time flat, you just have to be careful and not leave it in too long.

Nope, left them stock. If it affects handling at all I may come back and put a few extra orings inside the shock body on the shaft. Stock configuration called for 1 oring. I put anti swaybars on...

We run silver can and black can, depending on the race. I've found that RCmart, or Stellamodels both have all the correct springs.
