i have the brison 2.4. at 14.2 lbs its plenty of power. pulls right out of a hover with plenty of power. I run just a crapy zinger 20x8 and it does fine. hte 2.4 will hover 16.5lbs but pull out...

i have a os 160 in my 1/4 scale cap and a brison 2.4 gas in the 260. I have flown the brison in a midwest extra for a few years and love it, I guess the os does ok in the cap and is the best larger...

for anyone worried about the carbon fiber gear on the 260 and want a cheap easy fix for now the old 1/4 scale cap 232 gear from hanger 9 cost 9.95$ and is the perfect size, just flaten the two bends...

where are you guys getting 1/4 scale from, its 27%. I put all my weights on there to get an average, thats more accurate than one weight alone and should be close.

I am using this plane as an upgrade to a midwest extra. I have wanted an edge for a while because of the midwing design, any plane I have flown that is a midwing I have liked so I went with 260...

I would think that the da would wind up needing tail wieght even with the rudder servo in the tail as my brisson 2.4 is right in between needing the servo in the tail or pull pull setup for perfect...

A while back in this topic there was talk of the elevators moving at different rates quiet often but also occasionally mentioned about one elevator being soft, mushy, sorry I forget the exact term...
