What kind of servos are you running? Just about all servos are rated for 6 volts so regulating down to 5.2 is a waste. As others have said you are much better off going with A123's unregulated....

Hard to go wrong with Aeroworks. For IMAC I would stay away from the "floaty" type planes. Look for a plane that tracks great and doesn't get bounced around by the wind.

I would heed the warnings! I saw 4 different lipo fires at our field last year. 2 guys lost planes because the batts caught fire while charging in the plane.

I compete in a lot of IMAC contests. Usually go to 2 or 3 out of state contests. It'll sure put a damper on those for me. When you drive 2000 miles round trip it makes a huge difference.

I use the Cell-Pro 4 and it does the same. I focus more on the mah replaced though.
