Converting a Old Quickie 500 into a Electric Need CG!!??

Where is the CG for the Quickie 500?? A friend of mine had one that's been put up for a while!! Trying to convert it into a electric and I need the proper CG. Any help would be great!

Safe Charge Rate for 138mah 3.7 v lipos? The e-flight charges charge at or around .3 amp. Can you charge them at a higher rate?
