Again I say: As it's running on prime, close the carb intake with your finger and see if it draws fuel

Well then, we can agree to disagree.

I have used nothing but cool power since the late 80's in every engine imaginable. Some have even sat idle for years and I've never had any problems.

Once it is running at WOT, try (CAREFULLY) putting your finger over the intake to make it suck fuel.
